We are currently seeking a Financial Processing Administrator to join our Back Office Operations team. The Administrator will support our high-net-worth product lines and will be responsible for reviewing and processing mutual fund transactions.

Responsibilities

• Review and process mutual fund transactions for high-net-worth product lines.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).
• Completion of IFIC or Canadian Securities Course (preferred, asset).
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services, back-office operations, or fund administration.
• Knowledge of mutual fund operations, investment products, and financial industry processes such as plan types, tax rules, and trade types (asset).
