Maintenance and updating of the books of accounts, subsidiary records, and other accounting and financial records, both for management and statutory reporting. Clean and smooth closing of books and ledgers at each month, quarter and year-end. Following company policy, process and procedure in closing. Transactions and business events are recorded in accordance with US GAAP and local standards such as PAS and PFRS. Provide operations report to line of business managers Compliance to all statutory/government reportorial and other requirements. Timely preparation of the financial reports for submission to designated recipients within regional and local organization. Ensure compliance on local statutory/tax regulations, completion and submission of various tax/statutory reports based on the prescribed deadlines to avoid penalties, interest and surcharges.
