Financial Reporting Analyst ( Clarity)

This is a 6 months contract located in Toronto/Ontario, Hybrid(2 days a week - moving to 4 days a week TBC.

Overview

Summary of the role: Leverage data to analyze, address and improve the accuracy of financial transactions for resources forward deployed to support other segments of the bank.

Responsibilities

• Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Extract data from the financial book of record (Clarity)
• Assess data to confirm accuracy of the financial transactions, identify discrepancies and causations
• Summarize findings and create a plan to address fixes within the financial reporting cycle
• Action the plan by leading/coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring fixes are done properly
• Assess opportunities to improve and streamline the process in future reporting cycles
