Financial Reporting Assistant - Inventory

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting directly to the Financial Reporting Supervisor, the position is responsible for month-end closing activities and maintains accuracy of inventory account and support Fin Rep Manager in ensuring development and growth of the company's business lines and brands.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares monthly principal stocks and sales report
• Maintains accuracy of inventory cost per SKU in the systems
• Ensures accuracy of inventory and related accounts, subledger balances, per site and per storage location
• Responsible for month-end closing activities and checking related to the correctness of inventory
• Prepares inventory report of all brands and business units
• Prepares monthly purchases report and invoice reconciliation
• Prepares monthly landed cost and gross margin tracking report per SKU and per brand
