Financial Reporting Manager

The Financial Reporting Manager is in-charge of collating and analyzing the financial reports of the PH Retail to ensure accuracy of the Financial Statements and all related schedules and reports. She/He performs regular reviews and makes recommendations to improve accounting/financial systems, and assist in special projects involving the backend support of the business and ERP implementation. He/She will assist the AVP/VP in carrying out the Financial Reporting responsibilities of the unit.

• Supervises the Financial reporting team both functionally and administratively.
• HR tasks on managing the Work Passes and administration of the HERD system.
• Reviews the Financial reports of each SBU and recommends adjustments to ensure accuracy of reports prior to submission to the Controllership team.
