Accountabilities
- Be responsible for all FCA reporting and ensure submissions are accurate and submitted on time.
- Liaise with Acquirers, Suppliers, and 3rd parties to ensure Financial Compliance is incorporated throughout the whole ecosystem.
- Provide Audit Reports to Acquirers as requested.
- Take ownership of new challenges arising in the Financial compliance programme on a project basis.
- Implement processes that facilitate communication among teams to meet new regulatory requirements.
- Enhance the controls library and document regulatory risk assessment processes.
- Implement and embed the regulatory compliance Risk Framework and Standards.
- Manage and coordinate meaningful risk assessments to educate the organization.
- Communicate solutions to address control gaps and improve processes.
