Accountabilities

  • Be responsible for all FCA reporting and ensure submissions are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Liaise with Acquirers, Suppliers, and 3rd parties to ensure Financial Compliance is incorporated throughout the whole ecosystem.
  • Provide Audit Reports to Acquirers as requested.
  • Take ownership of new challenges arising in the Financial compliance programme on a project basis.
  • Implement processes that facilitate communication among teams to meet new regulatory requirements.
  • Enhance the controls library and document regulatory risk assessment processes.
  • Implement and embed the regulatory compliance Risk Framework and Standards.
  • Manage and coordinate meaningful risk assessments to educate the organization.
  • Communicate solutions to address control gaps and improve processes.
