Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Chartered Accountant and/or Post Graduate in Finance to join our team as an Associate.

The candidate must have 2 to 3 years of experience as a Consultant specifically serving the BFSI and NBFC sectors. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in financial regulations and commercial law to provide strategic compliance support and advisory to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Legal Compliance:

1.1. Assist in ensuring compliance with various legal and regulatory requirements of the Company and its clients

1.2. Review and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements for the Company and its clients

1.3. Provide support in drafting and reviewing legal documentation, contracts, policies etc.

2. Financial Advisory Support:

2.1. Collaborate with the financial team to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into financial strategies and decisions.

2.2. Preparation of financial reports and documentation related to legal and compliance issues.

3. Client Advisory:

3.1. Provide legal guidance and support to clients on matters related to financial services regulations.

3.2. Conduct research and analysis on legal issues affecting clients' businesses.

4. Regulatory Updates:

4.1. Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that could impact the Company and its clients.

4.2. Implementing necessary changes to ensure ongoing compliance.

5. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

5.1. Maintain accurate and organized records of legal documents and compliance activities.

5.2. Prepare reports and summaries related to legal and compliance matters.

5.3. Maintain and update compliance trackers

Expectations:

1. Education: Chartered Accountant and/or Post Graduate in the Field of Finance and may also include any other Professional Qualifications in the field of Finance

• 2. Experience: The candidate must have 2–3 years of experience in a Consulting role specifically within the BFSI and NBFC sectors.
