FINANCE SPECIALIST
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Finance Specialist is responsible for preparing consolidated financial reports encompassing all family-owned assets and overseeing the cash flow and liquidity requirements of the family's investment entities. This role entails analyzing financial and wealth strategies for shareholders and their investment structures to ensure the preservation, growth, and efficient management of family wealth.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Develop comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow
Evaluate and track key financial metrics, including IRR, ROl, cash flow, yield, and risk-adjusted returns.
Perform stress testing and scenario analysis to assess portfolio resilience across financial and real estate investments.
Conduct daily reviews of U.S. bank account balances and monthly asset statement evaluations
Budget and expense projections for investments, entities, projects.
