HireOption is looking for a Financial Statement Auditor / Senior Audit Associate to join a fast-growing public accounting environment serving co-op/condo buildings, operating companies, and select emerging-industry clients.

This role is ideal for a self-starter auditor who takes full ownership of engagements, communicates proactively, and is committed to doing audit work properly and thoroughly .

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support audits, reviews, and compilations , primarily for co-op and condo buildings
• Plan and execute audits using modern audit software (risk assessments, walkthroughs, testing, analytics, confirmations)
• Prepare clear, well-organized digital workpapers
• Draft financial statements, footnotes, and management letters
