About the Role

We’re seeking an Engineering Manager who blends leadership with hands-on engineering to solve complex, high-impact problems. You’ll lead a team of backend and frontend engineers building integrations that connect modern cloud APIs with legacy banking systems - powering the full customer journey for financial institutions.

In this role, you’ll code, review, design architectures, and mentor engineers while shaping systems that touch everything from communication stacks to core banking, lending, payments, and AI platforms. We take an AI-augmented approach to development, using AI tools to write better code, automate testing, and ship faster without compromising quality.
