The role provides comprehensive financial and analytical support services, including underwriting property values, data input, performing market research, analyzing comparable properties and sales trends, and preparing financial analysis.

Requirements
- Proficient in Commercial Real Estate Financial Underwriting – minimum three years of experience
- Ability to read and create Commercial Real Estate Purchase Contracts
- Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Familiar with the compilation of Sales and Rent Comparable material
- Working knowledge of Argus/Cash Flow Modeling
