Your new role

As the Finding Solutions and Adolescent Support worker, you will provide practical assistance and support to adolescents and their families. In this role, you will provide a creative services response to young people and their families which includes the use of mediation intervention, supporting and strengthening the family relationship.

The program aims to provide a response to highly vulnerable and complex needs individuals and families, delivering a high quality and sometimes intensiveExplanation level of case assessment, support and intervention for individuals, families and children.
