Finisher / Builder – 2nd ShiftSchedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Pay Rate: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)Position OverviewOur Client is seeking motivated Finishers/Builders to join our 2nd shift production team. In this role, you will work collaboratively to construct large steel and metal enclosures—essentially building a large metal “house.” This is a hands-on manufacturing and construction position in a growing, stable organization.Responsibilities:Work as part of a team to construct steel and metal enclosures Install walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs Mount louvers, doors, and various electrical components Use hand and power tools to assemble and finish structures Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Measure and verify accuracy using tape measures and other measuring tools Troubleshoot and resolve assembly or installation issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
