Finishing Lead

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Responsible for assisting the supervisor in the daily operation of the shift.

I. Essential Duties:

❑Maintain a working knowledge of all jobs in the coater department in order to relieve, replace or assist in employee absences

❑Provide instructions/directions/guidance to all line personnel

❑Perform Weight Checks

❑Fill in for supervisor when needed

❑High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience

❑Frequentlyrequired to reach, handle, stand, stoop, and climb stairs

❑Mustparticipate in group stretching prior to shift

❑May be required to lift 70 lbs.
