Intro Summary of the Role

The role exists to ensure efficient operation of Finishing and Packing processes within defined quality and productivity parameters. The operator is responsible for running machines smoothly, following GMP and safety guidelines, and ensuring on‑time delivery of products within specification.

    • What You Will Do

  • Follow gowning procedures, personal hygiene rules, and GMP practices
  • Ensure proper shift handover/takeover at the workplace
  • Run machines continuously to achieve optimum output as per process needs
  • Read and follow instructions mentioned in WOP for process parameters
  • Conduct corrective actions for quality defects or production process adjustments
  • Coordinate with Gelatin Melting (GMR) and Engineering teams for smooth operations
  • Maintain documentation and records as per SOP requirements
  • Clean and inspect equipment for foreign capsules and record observations
  • Follow all SOPs for environment, health, and safety
  • Monitor and maintain GMP conditions including cleaning of machines, walls, floors, and equipment
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by supervisors
  • Participate in all mandatory training and continuously enhance operational skills
  • Support shutdown-related work as assigned

    • What We Are Looking For

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
  • Ability to follow SOPs and GMP guidelines
  • Good coordination and teamwork skills
  • Ability to operate Finishing, Packing, HCM, Borsor, ILD and I‑Box machines
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and hygiene
  • Education-ITI or Diploma
  • Machine operation (Finishing, Packing, HCM, Borsor, ILD, I‑Box)
  • Basic documentation and record-keeping
  • Understanding of GMP & EHS standards
  • Languages-English / Hindi
