JOB PURPOSE

The Finishing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all finishing activities related to precast concrete elements, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and project specifications. This role involves managing the finishing team, providing clear guidance, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to timelines.
