Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading ride-sharing platform, with work based in beautiful Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for customer service and enjoy the dynamic nature of the ride-sharing industry. As a customer service representative, you will engage with riders and drivers, providing support and ensuring a seamless experience communicated effectively in Finnish.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to ride-sharing services, account management, and app functionality via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
- Provide assistance with account setup, payment processing, and ride bookings.
- Resolve issues and complaints from riders and drivers in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in a CRM system for effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about company policies, promotions, and local regulations affecting ride-sharing services in Greece.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the tech or transportation sectors.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient problem-solving skills and the capability to adapt to various customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
