We are currently looking for a Finnish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Banking sector. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing outstanding service to clients in the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Finnish-speaking clients regarding banking products and services through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction issues, and general banking questions.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up to enhance client satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately and manage inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
• Educate customers on banking procedures, products, and services available to them.
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client needs.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and standard office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer assistance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
