Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support to Finnish-speaking clients regarding banking products and services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction issues, and general banking questions.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up to enhance client satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and manage inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
- Educate customers on banking procedures, products, and services available to them.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client needs.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer assistance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
