  • Manages the day-to-day payment processing operations on all ShopeePay payment channels under the EMI and OPS licenses.
  • Ensures that Standard Operating Procedures are clearly defined, comprehensive, and embedded with robust process controls to effectively prevent fraud and mitigate financial risk.
  • Closely monitors funding requirements and adherence to bank cut-off times to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Supports the Customer Service team on payment inquiries, disputes, and complaints, with a focus on prompt and effective issue resolution.
