The Role We are looking for a Fintech business developer to structure, manage, and execute key initiatives within our last-mile and operational teams. This role is critical to ensure that strategic and operational projects move from idea to execution, with clear ownership, timelines, and measurable impact. You will work closely with operations, product, tech, and leadership to bring order, focus, and execution discipline to a fast-growing environment. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Project Management Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and owners. Track progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers. Ensure clear project closure and documentation of learnings. Prioritization & Focus Help prioritize initiatives based on operational impact, urgency, and team capacity. Reduce noise and fragmentation by driving focus on high-impact projects. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the main contact with fintech brands Act as the connective tissue between Operations, Tech, Product, CX, and Finance. Translate operational needs into clear, actionable requirements for other teams. Process Improvement & Standardization Document workflows, decisions, and processes. Identify inefficiencies and propose scalable improvements. Data-Driven Execution Define success metrics (KPIs) for each initiative. Track and communicate project impact on cost, SLA, capacity, and efficiency. What This Role Solves Projects that lack ownership or never fully land. Operational initiatives driven by urgency instead of priority. Over-reliance on leadership to push execution. Limited visibility into what projects are active and their real impact. Qualifications & Skills Must-haves Experience managing projects in operations, logistics, supply chain, or tech-driven environments. Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into execution plans. Solid analytical skills and comfort working with data (Sheets / Excel). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced English (mandatory). Nice to have Experience in last-mile, fulfillment, or e-commerce operations. Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, Asana, or similar project management platforms. Experience working in high-growth or startup environments.
