We are seeking an experienced Lead Fire Alarm Technician to support a commercial office rebuild project in Nashville. This role requires a hands‑on technician who can lead small teams, work independently from blueprints, and serve as a trusted point of contact for project leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in fire alarm systems, along with experience in other low‑voltage systems.
Top Skills & Core Requirements
+ 3+ years of hands‑on experience with structured cabling, conduit installation, fire alarm systems, or nurse call systems
+ Proven ability to lead teams of 2–4 technicians in a commercial environment
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design documents
+ Must have own tools (punch tool, snips, scissors, etc.)
+ Capable of leading a helper on site and working without direct manager oversight
