The Fire Claims Billing Specialist is responsible for end-to-end management of fire incident claims, including retrieving incident data, verifying and submitting claims to insurance carriers, processing payments, and ensuring timely follow-up, and meeting established production quotas.

Meet individual production targets for claims processing while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Retrieve and review incident data from clients to ensure all necessary information is collected.
