We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in carpentry/joinery, confident in fire door regulations and maintenance practices.

As part of a newly formed and growing ISS team, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance, enhancing safety, and supporting continuous service improvement across all ISS sites in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct visual inspections on fire doors using ISS’s newly implemented inspection system.
  • Complete remedial works including door and door set replacements, seals, painting, signage, and associated tasks.
  • Carry out fire door surveys, maintenance, and installations in line with BM Trada Q-Mark standards.
  • Deliver Fire Door PPM, remedial repairs, and installations via helpdesk requests within required timeframes.
