Fire Officer

This position manages all engineering/maintenance operations, focusing on maintaining the building, grounds, and physical plant with a strong emphasis on safety, security, and asset protection. The role is accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance, and energy conservation. It's also responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements and assists in leading the emergency response team for all facility issues.

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in engineering and maintenance or a related professional area, along with technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing.

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or a related major, with 1 year of experience in engineering and maintenance or a related professional area, along with technical training in HVAC-R...
