Vendor Management - Ensure compliance of procedures for Hiring Vendors, participate in Negotiation of scope and Agreements with vendors for firefighting system (FFS). Timely response from Vendors for rectification of firefighting equipment (FFE), ensure Statutory Compliances are met by vendors in deliverables Audit vendor delivery and maintain 100% FF readiness.
Training-. Conduct team training in firefighting and trouble shooting from Security, Engineering services, Housekeeping on quarterly basis. Cross training of licensee teams in fire drills, DMP and coordinated planned evacuation of premises.
