As a Lead Field Service Technician, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and technical support for fire alarm systems. Your expertise will help ensure the safety and satisfaction of customers while contributing to meaningful projects that positively impact the community. You will report directly to the Field Service Manager and work onsite based out of the Des Moines, Iowa location. In this role, you will help improve the efficiency and reliability of fire alarm systems, enhance safety measures across various facilities, and support the creation of secure environments for building occupants.
