Firearms Team Lead

POSITION SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Group Sales Manager, the Team Leader - Firearms gives daily directions to the outfitters in one of the departments within the store, to include: merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, sales enhancements, stocking, and customer service activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Supports GSM in leadership of firearm sales and compliance within Federal legal requirements, and company policies and procedures.
• Provides direction and guidance to Sales Outfitters in firearm safe handling, safety, operations, and customer experience standards within the firearms department.
• Supports the GSM in achievement of Departmental Sales, Gross Margin, Inventory Shrinkage and Payroll Goals.
• Provides daily directions to the outfitters within the department.
