Job Description

  • The Network Security Specialist would work on Requests, Changes, Incidents and Problem records to support our customers’ network security environment.
  • Implement Network Security solutions and provide operational support in a customer environment.
  • Configure FW rules in Palo Alto and append the security profiles.
  • Hands on experience with the security profiles.
  • Update signatures on Palo Alto, FTD and other FW operations tasks.
  • Will provide technical escalation to L1 support engineers
  • Provide Oncall support for high severity incidents in a 24x7 environment
  • Detect security issues, create customer tickets and manage problems until closure.
  • Ensure that Service Level Agreements and operational standards are met.
  • Perform system maintenance, checkups and maintain current documentation.
  • Provide resolution plans for device issues.
  • Propose service, process and technical improvements to management.
