Firewalls - Network Security Engineer

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-8 years of experience in network security, specifically in firewall management, IPS, and VPN technologies.
• Hands-on experience with firewall solutions (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
• Strong understanding of Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) and related security tools.
• Experience with VPN technologies (e.g., IPSec, SSL VPNs).
• Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls, VPNs, and IPS solutions.
• Familiarity with network security protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SNMP).
• Knowledge of security policies, risk management, and incident response.
• Ability to analyze security threats and apply appropriate controls.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or any relevant network security certifications are a plus.
