Roles & Responsibilities :
Competent Designers needed to design and implement a firmware architecture for the Texas Instruments TMS320F28377D dualcore microcontroller. The work includes building the firmware structure for one of the CPUs, implementing core modules, integrating Simulinkgenerated code, and realizing the alreadydefined interfaces for communication with the second CPU.
. Design and implement a firmware architecture for the TMS320F28377D platform.
. Develop core firmware components on the target CPU, including initialization, task scheduling, and communication layers.
. Implement the predefined interCPU communication interfaces on the assigned CPU, including data exchange, synchronization, and sharedresource handling.
. Integrate Simulinkgenerated code (Embedded Coder) into the new firmware structure.
. Ensure realtime performance, modularity, and scalability of the firmware design.
. Collaborate with our engineering team to align system interfaces, control requirements, and integration workflows.
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
BE in Comp. Sci / Electronics
Experience :6 yrs- 9 yrs
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Proven experience with TI C2000 microcontrollers and Code Composer Studio.
Strong background in designing firmware architectures for embedded realtime systems.
Handson experience with TI dualcore devices, especially the 2837xD family.
Expertise in integrating Simulinkgenerated code into embedded firmware.
Solid understanding of interprocessor communication, shared memory, and realtime constraints.
Experience in control systems or power electronics applications is beneficial
Preferred Skills :
Additional Information
Customer location, Central Business District, Bangalore
Work from customer location as per customer policies - 4 days a week / 5 days a week
Work hours would need to overlap with US hours
