Job Description

The First Assistant is the right-hand person to the General manager and are trained to manage all aspects of the business when the GM is not available. They are an intricate part of the restaurant's profitability participating in sales growth and food cost management. The 1st Assistant Manager’s responsibilities also include making sure the restaurant hires qualified crew who are well-trained. The First Assistant ensure all employees have proper documentation upon starting work. They are also responsible for keeping existing crew up to date on training and motivated to perform at a high level. The First assistant also generates a weekly schedule that supports the stores sales goals.
