The Hotel Grand Pacific's Kitchen team is growing! We're looking to add another First Cook to our close-knit team. An independent 4-star property, we provide a professional work environment and support the internal growth of our employees. The selected candidate will prepare quality products for Fathom Restaurant and help supervise the work of other cooks.

Hourly pay: $ 27.97

Duties:

• Under the guidance of the Chef de Partie, become familiar with the planning, organizing, cooking and presentation of all items produced on the Service Line
• Prepare, cook and present foods for Fathom Restaurant by maintaining the standards and consistency established by the kitchen management team
• Guide and supervise a designated section of the Kitchen in the absence of a Chef de Partie
