Your role at a glance

As a First Level IT Support / IT Support (Hardware / Software) professional, you will work hands‑on with IT equipment, service hardware, and daily operational tasks inside the data center. You will support customers and internal teams, resolve IT support requests, work with cabling, and ensure smooth, safe operations on site.
