First Line Manager

Position Summary

First Line Manager (FLM) at Nestlé Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd responsible for ensuring employee safety, product quality, and asset performance while delivering the shift production plan on time.

Responsibilities

• Deploy people development plan and confirm team competencies.
• Enforce strict compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) by all shift personnel.
• Coach employees to fulfill and exceed the job requirements through a NCE approach.
• Maintain clean working areas and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Check and enforce personnel hygiene and safety (protective clothing, shoe change, hand wash).
• Lead continuous improvement culture through a NCE approach.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to individuals and the team to achieve objectives in accordance with NCE guidelines.
