JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a First Line Support Engineer / IT Service Desk Technician who has experience in IT Support roles, ideally at an MSP, proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10 & 11 and Mac, with great interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner.


As the First Line Support Engineer / IT Service Desk Technician you will provide remote technical support as part of a talented team, working from home two days a week and three days in the office.


Working as the First Line Support Engineer / IT Service Desk Technician you will be expected to demonstrate a strong work ethic when it comes to managing issues, have a keenness to learn and develop an appreciation for the various client cultures and their requirements.
