Our client is currently hiring for the position of Fit-Out Construction Manager .

Responsibilities:

• Review design drawings, manage shop drawings process, and technical

submissions prior to execution.

. Conduct site surveys and measurements as required for final design validation.

• Participate in technical clarification meetings with consultants, main contractors,

and developers.

• Escalate design conflicts, site obstacles, or technical inconsistencies with the

internal technical team.

• Oversee unloading, staging, and material handling on site to prevent damage.

• Conduct quality inspections during every execution phase.

• Enforce corrective actions and defect resolution with installation teams.

• Submit final handover documentation and warranty packages.
