Fit-out Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fit-out Project Manager to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver interior fit-out projects within schedule and budget
• Manage site operations and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Review and approve drawings, materials, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management
• Handle client communication and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design
• 5–8 years’ UAE experience in fit-out / interior contracting projects
