ESS, part of Compass Group, provides integrated hospitality and support services to the Australian Defence Force across Australia. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fitness Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our on-base gymnasium and aquatic facilities.


In this hands-on supervisory role, you’ll ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient running of all fitness and recreation spaces — supporting the health and wellbeing of Defence personnel through high-quality facilities and service delivery.
