We at Genius we are hiring for a Architectural Draftsman--Fitout with a leading Main Contracting Company:

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Management: Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of draftsmen in preparing shop drawings. Allocate tasks, manage workload distribution, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met. Conduct regular technical reviews and provide guidance to improve team performance and drawing quality.
• Shop Drawing Production: Oversee the preparation and revision of detailed shop drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details. Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, codes, standards, and consultant requirements. Validate dimensions, materials, and technical details before submission.
