Overview
TEN Recruitment is partnering with a well-established commercial contractor to appoint an experienced Fitout Site Manager for upcoming Perth metro projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations on commercial fitout projects
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site logistics
- Drive program, quality, and safety across all stages
- Maintain clear communication with Project Managers and consultants
- Oversee handovers and defect close-out
About You
- Proven experience delivering commercial fitout projects
- Comfortable running projects up to $20M
- Strong sequencing, coordination, and site leadership skills
- Solid understanding of WHS and quality requirements
- Perth-based with full Australian working rights
