TEN Recruitment is partnering with a well-established commercial contractor to appoint an experienced Fitout Site Manager for upcoming Perth metro projects.

This role suits a hands-on site leader who enjoys fast-paced environments, clean programs, and well-run jobs. You’ll take ownership of fitout delivery from site establishment through to handover, supported by a capable project team and reliable subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on commercial fitout projects
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site logistics
• Drive program, quality, and safety across all stages
• Maintain clear communication with Project Managers and consultants
• Oversee handovers and defect close-out
