Overview

Ventia are currently seeking to engage a Drill Rig Fitter to join our Rig & Wells team. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role will see you based in the field performing preventative and reactive maintenance to equipment associated to our minerals sector. You will also work alongside other field staff and management to ensure seamless operation of the fleet.

Key Duties

• Servicing and repairs on Drill Rigs, Trucks, Compressors and Light Vehicles
• Accurately maintain records of works completed
• Diagnostics and fault finding activities
• Breakdown support

Requirements

• Driver’s License (MR minimum) – HR or greater is highly regarded
• Trade Certificate III Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology / Diesel Fitting
• Have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and be a team player
