The Opportunity

The Fitter is responsible for completing all fitting works on time, in full, and to standard, with a focus on continuous improvement. The role also involves maintaining safety standards and a clean, organized work environment.

What’s involved

• Performing fitting and general tasks as directed, following supplied Work Pack / Job Tickets.
• Inspecting, testing, and servicing onboard mechanical systems.
• Measuring, analyzing, and recording critical data during refurbishment works.
• Completing tasks within specified time frames; notifying supervisors if delays occur.

You’ll need

• Trade Qualification: Fitter & Turner, Machinist, Diesel Fitter (Heavy), or Mechanical Fitter.
• Marine experience.
• Experience in marine refit/repair or heavy industry.
