Job Description

We need an experienced WordPress speed optimization expert to fix Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) issues on Google Search Console shows many URLs with LCP longer than 2.5 seconds on mobile, which is affecting search rankings and organic traffic.
Current Situation:
WordPress website
Multiple URLs failing Core Web Vitals (LCP greater than 2.5s on mobile)
Losing organic traffic and rankings across multiple topic clusters
What I Need:
Diagnose and fix LCP issues to get under 2.5 seconds on mobile
Improve overall Core Web Vitals scores
Implement caching and image optimization
Ensure changes don't break existing functionality
Provide clear documentation of changes made
Requirements:
Proven experience with WordPress speed optimization
Strong knowledge of Core Web Vitals and LCP specifically
Experience with caching plugins (WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, etc.)
Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
