We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fixed Asset & Project Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for managing fixed asset accounting and project-related financial activities in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal bank policies.
Primary responsibilities include
+ Manage fixed asset lifecycle including additions, disposals, and depreciation.
+ Perform general ledger account reconciliations.
+ Create and manage assets for various project categories including ATM, Software (SW), Real Estate (RE), and Other.
+ Update project statuses and perform asset retirements.
+ Reconcile depreciation and prepare rollforward schedules.
+ Record gain/loss entries on asset disposals.
+ Reconcile mass additions and post them monthly.
+ Prepare monthly retirement summaries and NBV (Net Book Value) reports...
