Fixed Income Dealing Role

<p><b>Key Responsibilities: <br/><br/>Locatio - Mumbai (No reloaction allowed)<br/><br/>Fixed Income Dealing:</b><br/><br/>- Execute trades in fixed income instruments such as government bonds, corporate bonds, NCD and money market instruments.<br/><br/>- Monitor fixed income markets for opportunities and risks.<br/><br/>- Ensure compliance with investment guidelines, risk limits, and regulatory requirements during trade execution.<br/><br/>- Maintain strong relationships with market counterparties and brokers to obtain best pricing and execution.<br/><br/>- Act as a liaison between the dealing desk, operations, risk, compliance, and finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end trade lifecycle.<br/><br/>- Coordinate daily and periodic investment meetings, trade approvals, and follow- ups.<br/><br/>- Ensure timely documentation and trade settlements in coordination with the middle and back office.<br/><br/><b>MIS Reporting:</b><br/><br/>- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for internal stakeholders, including investment performance, P&L, and liquidity positions.<br/><br/>- Support regulatory and audit reporting requirements related to Fixed Income investment activities.<br/><br/><b>Preferred</b>- We are looking a dealer having experience on the buy-side wealth segment.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications & Experience:</b><br/><br/>- MBA degree or Equivalent<br/><br/>- 2-5 years of experience in fixed income dealing, MIS reporting, or treasury operations.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of fixed income instruments, markets, and regulatory requirements.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Bloomberg, Reuters, and treasury management systems.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.<br/><br/>- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
