Job Description
As part TOMS squad, this is a high-profile and varied role, requiring a mix of **business analysis, design, implementation, and incremental delivery to business users.** Interaction with non-technical staff and cross-functional teams is critical to ensure that new systems continue to meet the user’s needs and contribute to the continued growth and profitability. The individual must be proactive, a self-starter.
**- Work closely with a team of developers and business users to develop solutions for Fixed Income Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Product Control.**
- **Prepare business and functional requirement documents.**
