Summary

To assist the Principal HR Specialist/Sr. Specialist/Principal Recruiter in an assigned Human Resource sub-function such as Benefits, HR Help Center, Payroll and Timekeeping, and Recruitment.

General Responsibilities

  • Provides functional support in the assigned sub-function, including but not limited to:

  • Recruitment:

    • Perform end-to-end activities in the selection process:

      • Conducts phone screening

      • Does front desk administration by entering candidate information into Workday

      • Interviews candidates for entry-level positions

      • Administers language and online assessments

      • Conducts job offers and handles background checks of candidates

    • Coordinates with internal stakeholders for recruitment requirements and evaluates the recruitment process
