AMI is looking for a new Brand Ambassador for our corner.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive sales and build customer loyalty through the following responsibilities:

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP

Your mission is to convey the AMI universe to our clients by offering a unique sales experience.

  • Welcome clients in the store in line with the AMI spirit: friendly, smiling, and always in a good mood.
  • Listen to and identify clients’ needs thanks to your strong listening skills.
  • Advise clients by offering a relevant selection and complementary products, using your fashion culture and unique personality.
  • Support clients during fittings and take alteration measurements if necessary.
  • Build customer loyalty by creating a relationship of trust and develop new clients by introducing them to the brand.
