Role Overview
This is a high-ownership, strategic role focused on designing, embedding, delivering, and measuring impactful training interventions across the Vidyapeeth ecosystem.
The role sits at the intersection of instructional design, training delivery, system integration, and data-driven impact analysis. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that training initiatives are absorbed, applied, and translated into measurable outcomes.
This is not an operational support role, but a problem-solving and execution leadership role.
